Assistant Director of Human Resources

Job Overview

Our client is a 5* Resort with several yachts/boats. The resort offers a large selection of cruises, water sports, and activities. Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location, the area is world-famous for its underwater world.

This is a #1 role in HR and will be reporting directly to the General Manager. Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

1. 5* & leisure resort experience
2. Minimum 3 years experience with the same position or similar role
3. Strong in Human Capital Management
4. Strong in planning and organization development
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership
6. Strong in training, learning, and development
7. Think out of the box with a big picture strategy
8. Knowledge of employment law and relations
9. Ability to lead an environment of constant change
10. Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, and result-oriented
11. Sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
12. Possess good communication skills
13. Fluent in English both written & spoken
