ASSISTANCE SALES MANAGER - Freight Forwarder

Minimum Requirements:

1. Background education: min Bachelor Degree in any subject
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts
4. Have own customer domestic & international
5. Fluent and active in English both verbal and written communication and able to present in English
6. Strong networking in Forwarding Industries
7. Capability to handle sales marketing
8. Thorough understanding of freight forwarding operations, regulations, and best practices
9. Able to use Microsoft Office Program (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
10. Good communication skills, leadership, salesmanship personality, high motivation, target-oriented, and have a good attitude
11. Effective leadership and team management skills

Job Description:

1. Developing & implementing effective sales & marketing strategies to acquire new clients
2. Maintaining existing customers and looking for new customers
3. Achieve target every month
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
5. Manage sales budget & revenue and expenses accurately
6. Make monthly report progress & achieve target marketing
7. Collaborate & communicate with other departments to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
