Assembly Equipment Engineer

Have experience minimum 4 years in Maintenance Section

Have an experience of working at least 3 years in Maintenance/Equipment Department

Fluent in English is a must

Experience for working as maintenance engineer in FMCG or Automotive company is an advantage

Have an experience of working with SIEMENS PLC will be an advantage

Strong analytical thinking of data and able to manage the data related to the machine

Having ability to operate Microsoft Power BI will be an advantage

Willing to interview and work in Karawang

Job Responsibility:

1. Ensuring that Cutter, Stacking & Inspection equipment, systems, and tools are properly maintained and functioning.
2. Fixing and repairing equipment and machinery as needed.
3. Identifying and fixing breakdowns in Cutter, Stacking & Inspection equipment components as they occur.
4. Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections on Cutter, Stacking & Inspection equipment.
5. Leading, training, and supervising breakdown maintenance technicians.
6. Reviewing daily work orders and documentation to ensure proper data collection.
7. Providing reports and creating work instructions for maintenance work.
8. Implementing improvements to prevent breakdown recurrence.
9. Participating in activities related to Cutter, Stacking & Inspection equipment initial setup and trial.
10. Analyzing operating data to determine necessary actions.
11. Enhancing the dependability and performance of machine systems.
12. Always working with awareness of health, safety, and environment for self and others.

Working location: 5 days a week, from 08:00 - 17:00

Employment status: Contract for 6 - 12 months before permanent
