Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision for GoVisa’s branding, ensuring all visual elements align with the brand’s identity and target market.
  2. Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design impactful campaigns that increase brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
  3. Content Oversight: Supervise the production of visual content for GoVisa’s social media, website, and promotional materials, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
  4. Team Leadership: Manage a team of designers and video editors to achieve high-quality creative output and encourage innovation.
  5. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and brand guidelines are met.
  6. Quality Control: Review and approve final creative assets, ensuring all designs meet GoVisa’s standards for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
  7. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies, and competitor visual strategies to keep GoVisa’s visuals fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a creative or art director role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, social, and print media.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  3. Creative Vision: Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging content that appeals to GoVisa’s target audience.
  4. Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and inspiring creative teams, fostering collaboration, and driving a high standard of work.
  5. Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail with a focus on producing clean, polished, and brand-aligned visuals.
  7. Knowledge of Social Media Trends: In-depth understanding of social media trends, especially as they relate to visual content and user engagement.
  8. Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
