Art Director

As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in defining the visual identity of our brand and guiding the creative direction of our marketing initiatives.

As a full-time on-site Art Director located in Jakarta, you will lead the creative team in developing compelling visual concepts and ensuring that all design work reflects our brand's ethos and standards. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our visual communications, from digital marketing campaigns to product design, while fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the creative vision and direction for marketing and brand initiatives, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to develop innovative visual solutions.
3. Oversee the design process, providing feedback and guidance to team members to elevate the quality of creative output.
4. Manage and mentor a team of designers, encouraging professional development and creative exploration.
5. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and visual storytelling techniques to ensure our work remains fresh and relevant.
6. Present ideas to stakeholders and defend creative concepts with clarity and passion.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in art direction or a related creative role, preferably within a tech or consumer goods industry.
2. A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of innovative and impactful design work.
3. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and collaborating with a creative team.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
