Area Sales Representative

Manager at Kanmo Group || More than 10 years in the retail industry and distribution

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales achievement in each area by increasing business opportunities through dealing with new accounts.
2. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain a client-account manager relationship by upselling and cross-selling.
3. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products.
4. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts.
5. Direct training sessions with account frontliners to increase product knowledge capabilities.
6. Monitor and analyze performance of SPG and suggest improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Having 1-2 years working experience in Sales, with the last position as Area Sales Supervisor.
2. Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products.
3. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Willing to travel.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
6. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
