Area Sales Promotion Manager (Jabar)

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange strategic direction to team and ensure achievement of sales targets and distribution targets.
• Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to add to the achievement of distribution.
• Build good working relationships with external companies, such as Distributors.
• Responsible for the implementation of the strategy Brand and medical marketing is run by the team in the area.
• Monitor and make strategies & guides to the team for managing budgets and preparing promotional programs.
• Provide direction in the Supply Chain process so that the process runs optimally.

Job Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree, IPK minimal 3.00, All Major.
• Minimal 2 years experience in the same position / 3 years experience in sales supervisor level (from FMCG company).
• Maximal 40 years old.
• Have knowledge in Sales Management, Distributor Management, Territory Management, Merchandising, Develop promotion, Forecasting.
• Good in Negotiation Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Presentation Skill, Leadership, Communication Skill, Strategic Thinking, Teamwork.
• Advance in Ms Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
• Willing to be placed in Bandung.
