Job description

This position is responsible for managing and developing the business in the assigned territory (region), while leading the sales team and distributor(s) sales team respectively to achieve common goals.

About The Job

  • To achieve sales volume, value & NCM, through excellence management & development of distributors & key accounts.
  • Establish & develop RTM strategy and drive excellent execution with distributors.
  • Responsible for end-to-end gourmet’s business process, and drive internal & external factors to achieve the objectives.
  • Identify and hunt new business opportunities focusing on key accounts and direct accounts.
  • Build relationships with customers and distributor teams to improve overall sales results and service levels.
  • Ability to analyze data, tap into opportunities, create forecasts, cascade the strategy, and lead internal & external teams to achieve objectives.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree: preferred background in business, communication, or food technology.
  • Languages: Bahasa, English.
  • Experience with RTM strategy.
  • Customer, Distributor, Territory Management.
  • Effective & Persuasive Selling.
  • Ability to develop a Sales Team.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the food service sector.
