Area Sales Manager - Nusa Tenggara

This position will be responsible to manage sales team of consumer goods product in area Nusa Tenggara (NTB & NTT):

• Sales achievement in all channel GT and MT
• Supervise sales team member, giving mentoring & coaching
• Analyze report and set strategy to achieve target
• Managing budget, distribution, and program implementation

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any major
• Able to manage sales team distributor
• At least 8 years experiences Sales from consumer goods industry
• Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates
• Experiences manage sales in NTB & NTT region is a must
• Willing to travel as coverage territory
