Area Sales Manager (Jabodetabek & Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities

1. Managing and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets.
2. Developing an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals.
3. Monitoring and analyzing team performance.
4. Building and maintaining good relationships and communication with all customers.

Requirements

1. Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
2. At least 4 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role.
3. Experience in leading a team.
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
5. Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek, West Java, and Banten.
