Area Sales Manager (Jabodetabek)

-Education minimum S1 all majors
-Experienced as Area Sales Manager at least 3 years in the field of spring bed/mattress, furniture, automotive, premium brand, etc
-Experienced in B2B sales (GT) and handling exhibitions for each store

-Experience in new market research for sales expansion
-Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred)
-Proficient in Ms Office
-Communicative and have good leadership skills
-Active, honest, and target oriented
-Available to be mobile according to the coverage area
-Can join as soon as possible
-Placement: West Jakarta.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Responsible for achieving sales targets in the region. This involves developing marketing and sales strategies and ensuring their effective implementation.

-Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards, and provide effective leadership to his/her team to achieve company goals.

-Build and maintain good relationships with customers in the territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints or problems properly.
