Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

1. Managing and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets.
2. Developing an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals.
3. Monitoring and analyzing team performance.
4. Building and maintaining good relationships and communication with all customers.

Requirements

1. Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
2. At least 4 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role.
3. Experienced in leading a team.
4. Excellent analytical skills and communication skills.
5. Willing to be placed in all Sumatera area or West Kalimantan.
