What You Will Experience:

• Responsible for managing daily sales operations across all channels (GT/MT) within the coverage area.
• Accountable for achieving and increasing sales targets.
• Monitor and motivate sales team members.
• Implement promotion programs and manage budget, stock, and distribution.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales FMCG at a Manager Level.
• High achiever and target-oriented individual.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about handling and motivating subordinates.
• Experience managing sales in East Java.
• Preferably owns a vehicle and is willing to travel within the coverage area.
