Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Passion Jewelry in Jakarta. As our Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maximising the performance of our retail stores across the region. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, with the opportunity to develop your career with a growing and innovative company.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and profit targets
• Provide strong leadership and coaching to your team of Store Managers, empowering them to excel in their roles
• Monitor store-level performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with the central marketing team to execute impactful campaigns and drive brand awareness
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, such as strategic partnerships or expansion into new locations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements across your store network
• Champion a positive, customer-centric culture that delivers an exceptional shopping experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the retail or luxury industry
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales and profitability targets
• Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and get the best out of your team
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision making
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Familiarity with the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer trends
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
