Job Description

  • Acquire new customers (Distributor, Retail, Modern Retail) in potential areas.
  • Plan, track, and follow up on sales orders, customer forecasting, and planning for each individual account.
  • Ensure timely payment from customers for deliveries and follow up with customers.
  • Ensure achievement of user service levels including customer complaint management and coordination with internal sales admin to support timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain customer relations with a consistent visit plan to support the “push through” of marketing activities for sales information in the market.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and disciplined manner.
  • Provide after-sales support regarding warranty handling and product returns due to errors.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to assess the weighted and numeric distribution of products within the distribution channel.
  • Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to develop the right product mix for the market and distribution to ensure consistent sales and market-relevant products.
  • Develop business and set a business plan for the working area.
  • Manage distributors (sell-in and sell-out) and have the capability to develop the East Java market through distributors, retail, and local MP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Building Material or FMCG Business.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
  • High level of drive, ambition, and sense of ownership.
  • High entrepreneurial drive and proactive attitude.
