Area Sales Executive (Blitar)

Job Description:

• Increasing sales performance within the area (channel GT & Mix)
• Maintaining sell in, sell out, distributor's performance in specific area
• Monitor the performance of field operation team (salesman)
• Analyse and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients / distributors within assigned area

• Min. 2 years’ experience as Area Sales Supervisor or any sales related role in FMCG company is mandatory requirement
• Experience with sales in GT channel
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Willing to be placed in Blitar, East Java
• Having a good knowledge of Distributor Management
