Lead and manage the territory’s sales team and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
Directly handle strategic accounts, including relationship management with OBGYNs, pediatricians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
Oversee cord blood procurement process training and ensure compliance with medical standards.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support business growth.
Drive lead generation activities, sales strategy planning, and competitor analysis within the assigned area.
Ensure team adherence to AABB and internal quality standards.
Organize promotional events and monitor campaign effectiveness.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and insights for management.
Support recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven success in sales target achievement and client management.
Experience working in the healthcare or medical diagnostics industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Independent, proactive, and highly goal-oriented.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Willing to travel and own a valid driving license.
