Area Operations Supervisor

About The Role

Area Operations Supervisor is accountable and responsible to support AOM for all spectrum operation drivers at the area level, including but not limited to balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilization, driver acquisition, driver engagement, and consistently helping to solve driver problems on the field. Handle conflict, regulation compliance, and maintain stakeholders in the area.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate warehouse, driver support unit/walk-in center in the area: onboarding, troubleshooting, attribute stock & selling, issue escalation
• Conduct driver engagement via offline & online events, various training, Swadaya program (Gojek’s initiative to reduce driver expense via partnership with multiple stakeholders), and control spending
• Gather feedback from teams, driver partners & field, validate insight with data, and offer continuous improvement ideas to Area Operations Manager
• Manage driver community & deeply engage with each Key Opinion Leader (KOL)
• Conduct analysis and proposals to achieve business objectives or solve problems in your designated area
• Oversee and manage team’s work & project management

What You Will Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably from a multinational company;
• Strong relationship building, communication skills, and community management;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail & ability to manage team performance
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Intermediate spoken and written English.

About The Role

As an Area Operations Supervisor, you will support the Area Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis. You will work very intensively and collaborate with other Area Operations Supervisors in respective regions.
