Area Operations Associate

Area Operations Associate is a role bridging between the operational and analytical side of business. You need to understand problems and pain points from driver partners. At the same time, you must be able to translate driver partners’ insights into quantifiable metrics, validate, size, and prioritize the problems to be solved.

What You Will Do

• Conduct driver engagement via offline & online events, various training, Swadaya program (Gojek’s initiative to reduce driver expenses via partnership with multiple stakeholders), and control spending.
• Gather feedback from teams, driver partners & field, validate insights with data, and offer continuous improvement ideas to the Area Operations Manager.
• Conduct analysis and proposals to achieve business objectives or solve problems in your designated area.
• Oversee and manage team’s work & project management.

What You Will Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably from a multinational company.
• Strong relationship building, communication skills, and community management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail & ability to manage team performance.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Intermediate spoken and written English.
