Area Manager - Surabaya (GT/FS)

About the Role!

1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers especially in General Trade (Whole Seller, Wet Market) and/or Food Services (Industrial & Operator).
2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
8. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
11. Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as a sales representative in FMCG Industry with specific experience in Food FMCG.
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
3. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
4. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
5. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
9. BS/BA degree or equivalent.
