Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with operational procedures, visual merchandising standards, and customer service protocols.
Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing and HR, to execute promotional campaigns, staffing plans, and employee training initiatives.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations across all store locations.
Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales forecasts, and operational metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the retail industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
