Area Expansion Manager (East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara)

Area Expansion Manager is fully accountable to build and grow business in the Medium & Small (Tier-3) Cities of Gojek. The responsibility will range from operations, sales, and marketing.

• Fully accountable to build, maintain & continuously improve business operations of the city to ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
• Accountable for topline (i.e., transaction, revenue) & bottom line metrics (i.e., cost, profit) in Tier-3 Cities.
• Design and implement localized marketing campaigns & activities for Tier-3 Cities.
• Work closely with leadership at the Regional level to develop & execute market strategies.
• Take full ownership of the Tier-3 Cities budget & target.

• Min. 5 years experience with extensive exposure to city/branch operations, BTL marketing & stakeholder management.
• Preferably a native of or has spent > 2 years in the representative area, with a strong network & knowledge about the respective city.
• Able to bridge, develop & maintain good relationships with key partners (local/regional government stakeholders in regency/city), merchants, and communities (i.e., driver communities).
• Fluent & excellent in numbers, data analysis, spoken in Bahasa & English.
• Able to recruit top-talent teams, nurture & mentor them.

About the Team

Area Expansion Manager will report to the Strategic Region Head in East Java, Bali, Nusra. The position will coordinate and collaborate heavily with marketing, sales, and operations functions in their respective Tier-3 Cities.
