This position is responsible for ensuring the proper and effective operation of sales in his/her coverage area. This role also requires individuals to maintain and increase sales growth, hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team (from KC Softex or Distributor) in promoting and selling KC Softex’s product. He/she also oversees lower-level employees' day-to-day work and operations to ensure adherence to organization guidelines. Designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base, ensure its strong presence, and also identify new market opportunities.
