We are currently partnering with a multinational developer company who is looking for a skilled Architect Site Inspector to help them in this time of growth.

Job Description

1. Site Inspection and Supervision:
   Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the construction process and ensure adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and quality standards.
   Verify that materials, workmanship, and construction practices meet the specified requirements for luxury hotel projects.
   Identify and report any deviations from the design intent or construction issues, and collaborate with contractors to implement corrective actions.
2. Quality Control:
   Ensure that all architectural elements, including finishes, fixtures, and materials, are installed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
   Conduct detailed inspections of completed work to confirm compliance with project specifications and luxury standards.
3. Coordination and Communication:
   Closely collaborate with the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements.
   Provide clear and concise reports to the Project Manager and Lead Architect regarding the progress of the project, including potential risks or delays.
   Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
4. Documentation:
   Maintain accurate and detailed records of site inspections, including photographs, notes, and reports.
   Review and approve architectural submittals, shop drawings, and samples.
5. Problem Solving:
   Proactively identify potential issues and offer practical solutions to maintain the integrity and quality of the project.
   Address on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines.

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field required.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site inspection, with a focus on luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Professional licensure as an architect preferred.
