Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in compensation and performance management.
Strong knowledge of salary structures, benefits design, and performance management systems.
Proficient in data analysis (Excel, HRIS) and reporting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
