Architect

Job Purpose: Design, plan, and modify the designs throughout the building process.

Responsibilities:

• Implement all activities encompassing the architectural drawings.
• Provide input to other experts related to design services.
• Supervise the delivery of the project to ensure profitable and timely completion.
• Compile status update reports of the project.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher-level education in Architecture.
• Experience in architectural/construction projects.
• Possession of a Certificate of Expertise issued by a professional institution.
• Ability to work with other engineering divisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and the project owner.
