Job Opportunity: Full-Time Architect in Bali

Location: Bali, Indonesia (on-site)

Salary: 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 IDR per month (depending on experience)

Availability: Full-time

Required Experience: Minimum 5 years

About Us:

We are seeking a talented and experienced architect based in Bali to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will lead a major off-plan project, with more exciting projects anticipated in the coming months.

Responsibilities:

1. Design exceptional projects tailored to the Bali market
2. Produce high-quality renderings, including realistic 3D visuals and detailed plans
3. Develop innovative solutions to overcome challenges
4. Ensure functional and aesthetic designs that comply with local regulations
5. Collaborate with our team and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
6. Oversee and optimize every project stage to ensure outstanding final results

Required Profile:

1. At least 5 years of experience in architecture with a strong portfolio of completed projects in Bali
2. Creative, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable to challenges
3. Deep knowledge of local regulations and available materials in Bali
4. Ability to propose innovative solutions and manage technical constraints
5. Expertise in 3D modeling, realistic renderings, and technical drawings
6. Proficiency in professional software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, etc.)
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
