Architect

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Designer, or another related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the architectural or structural engineering field
• Basic understanding of 2D and 3D design drawing
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interpret clients’ briefs accurately.
• Great organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Experience working with budgets within projects when selecting materials etc.
• Strong visualization ability combined with excellent presentation skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, prose, slides and/or sheets) in both English and Bahasa
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other design professionals.
• Working knowledge of design software such as Sketchup, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite

Job Role:

• Develop innovative design concepts that are reflective of client's goals
• Conduct other design efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing and equipment, lighting and color coordination
• Prepare and conduct client presentations
• Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements
• Prepare color and material presentations and generate specifications
