Architect

Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is seeking an Architect to be placed in Denpasar to support our Project with the qualifications and job details below:

Qualifications:

1. Must have a Bachelor Degree in Architecture
2. 3-5 years of solid working experience in construction, developer, or hospitality industry
3. Good knowledge of using MS Excel & MS PowerPoint for presentation documents and procurement communication
4. Experience with 3D modeling tools (Sketchup, AutoCAD 3D/Revit/3ds Max)
5. Proven work experience as a designer or similar role on construction projects (interior/architectural)
6. Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali
7. Assist the in-house design team in producing design packages for various interior projects (fit-out mall/public space, hotel renovation, etc.)
8. Assist the in-house design team with technical drawings required for construction projects
9. Understanding of interior details & furniture is a must
10. Understanding of architectural design details (facade, wall partition, civil works, etc.)
11. Work on-site if required to supervise or survey/measuring site for design documentation
12. Able to provide working drawings for development and tender
