About the role

PT Timurraya Kreasi Mandiri is seeking an experienced Architect to join our talented team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing innovative and functional structures that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
• Creating detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Coordinating with engineers, construction managers, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of your designs
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices in architecture
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the design and construction process

What we're looking for

• Female or Male, max. 35 years old
• A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in the design and construction of commercial or residential buildings
• Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements
• A portfolio showcasing your design expertise and previous project experience
