Responsibilities:

Alteration Process:
  1. Preparation to sending medical card alteration
  2. Monitoring and follow up report medical card for Alteration process
  3. Manual AML submission for alteration process
  4. Monitoring group email & dispatcher
  5. Create manual invoice alteration

New Business:
  1. Preparation to sending medical card for New Business & Renewal
  2. Monitoring and follow up report medical card for New Business & Renewal
  3. Manual AML submission for new business process
  4. Create manual policy
  5. Welcome Letter submission to IT

Billing & Collection:
  1. Create premium receipt letter for sending to client
  2. Create reminder notification to client for outstanding premium
  3. Create receipt & billing excess claim based on request from client

Requirements:
  • Final year student or fresh graduate from any major
  • Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
  • Committed to do 6 months internship
  • Work fast, neat and thorough
  • Computer literate: word, excel
  • Pleasant personality, good attitude and good team working
  • Have an experience in insurance company will be a plus
