Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring user claims
2. Reporting productivity
3. Case management

Requirements:

1. Final year student or fresh graduate from any major
2. Committed to do 6 months internship
3. Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
4. Computer literate: Microsoft Office (expert in Microsoft Excel is a must)
5. Action oriented and customer oriented
