Job description

As the Business Application Analyst - APAC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our HRMS platform across the Asia Pacific region. You will be the go-to person for technical and functional assistance, system maintenance, and enhancement projects.

You will collaborate closely with HR teams, IT specialists, and external vendors to ensure that our HR systems effectively support our business operations and meet the evolving needs of our workforce. Your expertise in HR systems, project management, and stakeholder communication will be key to your success in this role.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage HR IT projects, including planning, implementation, and change management across APAC region.
  • Oversee system integration activities, including data validation, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide L1 support for HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved problems to level 2/3 support or vendors as needed.
  • Lead incident management, ensuring SLAs are met and root cause analysis is conducted.
  • Communicate system changes and updates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
  • Identify and prioritize system enhancements, working with vendors on implementation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR IT systems implementation and support, with expertise in SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing HR IT projects, including system integration and data migration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, with experience in payroll systems integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing service-level agreements.
