Job Responsibilities
Monitoring ticketing related with incident and make sure will be solved within SLA
Making Weekly Report related with Incident and or any additional Report that Business's need related with Incident.
Make sure transaction in Application Support comply with any Policy and Procedures
Monitoring Production Issue can be solved with temporary or permanent solution.
Make sure application run smoothly by monitoring Daily Checklist done by Application Support staff.
Support User Management of any application.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree (S1), majoring in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Support Lead
Willingness to work shifts and standby during weekends when required
Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical
Strong documentation skills for recording incident/problems (Incident Management), and PDF skill (for Presentation)
