Application Consultant (Business Consultant)

PT. Strategic Partner Solution (SPS), established in 2002, is focused on software (Orange HR Solution), infrastructure, data security, and management services. Our business is growing and needs experienced and fresh graduate Business/Application Consultants to accelerate that growth.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Process Review workshops with clients to understand their pain points and requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in their operations. Document recommendations based on industry best practices and software capabilities.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify and document client requirements for new modules or products they would like to implement.
  • Lead requirements gathering, development, and testing of custom reports, data fixes, or data imports.
  • Lead training sessions, onsite or remote; training scope could include new software features, refresher training, new product training, etc.
  • Assist clients with developing test plans, test execution, triaging, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Mentor and coach Consultants while working with them on various project assignments.
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure strict adherence to our methodology and ensure that we hit our key milestones.
  • Identify any scope changes or possible additional work opportunities to the Project Manager.
  • Work with the Manager of Client Services on special internal projects to help increase efficiencies across our various project types and identify opportunities for additional revenue.
  • Assist with estimating the level of effort and scoping client requirements.
  • Ensure delivery to client meets work as defined in the SOW.
  • Implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS).

Qualification

  • Age between 22 - 35 years old
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome
  • Good literate in English is a MUST
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Human Capital Management
  • Implementation of Web-based systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead a client successfully through technical processes.
  • Ability to manage and fulfill client expectations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally.
  • Personal track record of being thorough, courteous, and responsive in customer service.
  • Ability to communicate with various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to organize work for maximum efficiency.
