App. Engineer Machine - Jakarta

Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for supporting others Area in terms of provide advise/ consultancy/ Site Assessment/ delivering product knowledge and application training, etc. when needed.
2. Responsible for monitoring Machine performance and product problem that related to Machine application to capture the voice of customer experience and support selling Machine.
3. Responsible for conducting Machine application study to find out about unit performance, competitor performance and product problems occurred at customer Site Area.
4. Responsible for conducting Site Assessment to observation actual condition in terms of application and operation to support product selling.
5. Responsible for executing training (NPI) activity to cascade the product knowledge and application for new product to support Sales in selling product.
6. Responsible for supporting Marketing activity plan/ business plan to promoting activity (such as new product launching event, exhibition, Marketing program, CAT care etc.) in terms of deliver product presentation (feature, knowledge, and application) to customers.
7. Accountable and responsible for delivering product knowledge and application training for customer/front liner/Marketing staff in order to have an understanding of the product and its application.
8. Accountable and responsible for analyzing and providing Customer Advise/ Consultancy to determine equipment recommendation based on customer application need and convince customer with product feature and benefit.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum S1 in Mining Engineering/Civil Engineering/Geophysics Engineering/Geology major
• GPA minimum 2.75
• Minimum 2 years experience in Related Fields
