Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Implement reports related to plans, schedules, tasks, project deliverables, achievements, scorecards, and evaluations of related teams or crews or subordinates from customer perspectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the process and results of activities related to team or crew or subordinate performance achievements.
  • Identify team or crew or subordinate commitments to safety activities, contamination control, company regulations, and all standard procedures.
  • Complete all documents related to service administration and technical job processes.
  • Supervise team or crew or subordinates to improve engagement.
  • Encourage self-study and knowledge sharing among team members to improve capabilities.
  • Identify and create procedures and guidelines related to required technology.
  • Supervise teams involved in the Continuous Improvement program as part of development.
  • Implement requests for quotations, ordering, monitoring, and delivering parts requests related to project or maintenance requirements according to standard manuals or procedures.
  • Supervise teams involved in and active with maintenance process performance.
  • Ensure team members have good communication and networking with customers and related teams.
  • Monitor customer issues or concerns related to deliverables, Minestar system, projects, and technology.
  • Check information related to Minestar issues and communicate it clearly to team members.
  • Monitor team activities, conduct evaluations, and create action plans and recommendations.
  • Supervise team development plans.
  • Analyze process effectiveness to achieve targets aligned with business requirements.
  • Improve performance of the Minestar system against customer and departmental targets.
  • Monitor billable hours of team members and analyze issues related to lost billables.
