Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering SHE and CC training/awareness and completing the training need analysis referring to PTTU SHE MS procedures and customer requirements.
• Responsible for following up on the customer’s Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) requirements and nonconformity of legal requirement identification evaluation to maintain Branch/Site’s compliance with Go regulations and customer requirements.
• Responsible for conducting SHE Inspection and Observation to review and assist Operation Branch/Site related facilities design concept to comply with Safety and Health requirements including PPE Matrix, Facility's Safety Standard, and Fire Prevention System.
• Responsible for providing gap analysis of Go Regulation and QSHE policy, SOP, WIN, and ensuring all nonconformities are followed up and all procedures, incident flashes, and alerts are communicated through the Branch.
• Responsible for developing Branch/Site's Objective Target and Program (OTP) and evaluating its progress in the Steering Committee meeting to ensure all SHE and CC programs are well evaluated for improvement.
• Responsible for analyzing nonconformity applicable for Branch, identifying its root causes, and determining the corrective action plan to ensure accident prevention in Branch/Site.
• Responsible for conducting health promotion programs referring to the trend of annual medical check-up results or other references and referrals of serious medical illness or accidents including Return to Work assessment for Branch/Site.
