Responsibilities

• Data collection, database maintenance, and monitoring key property market indicators
• Analyse the underlying fundamentals that affect the development of the real estate market
• Work closely with other internal departments to keep track of key market trends and on specific projects as required
• Support the development and delivery of the industry-leading Real Estate Intelligence Service
• Assist in consulting projects
• Contribute to the Firm's local, regional and global research publications
• Provide required support to the Research team’s internal research activities

Requirements

• Obtaining working experience in the related field, especially in real estate market research, is required for this position, preferably within a consultancy, developer, investment manager, or property-related fund.
• Effective team player with effective time management and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to execute initiatives. Highly independent and motivated with a high degree of accuracy and attention
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills
• Passionate, result-oriented, and seeking long-term development
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
