Responsible for development & implementation of Information Technology (IT) Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) programs, and to conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement IT Governance policies and procedures.
2. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
4. Manage the cost of IT GRC and ITSM solutions and services where feasible.
5. Ensure that IT GRC and ITSM initiatives are cost effective.
6. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
7. Work in partnership with various departments to support the implementation of global, regional, and local projects, providing advisory for compliance and security controls.
8. Work in partnership with Head Office, Regional Offices, other Branches, Vendors, and other departments in Jakarta Branch to enhance & implement policies & frameworks and drive compliance & security initiatives.
9. Respond to questions or reporting requirements from local authorities as required.
