Analyst - Corporate Finance

PT Ciptadana Capital is opening for a full-time position.

Position: Analyst - Corporate Finance (Analyst - CF)

Job Desk:

• Manage prospectus, information memorandum, presentation material, and other transaction documents in accordance with OJK/IDX/KSEI rules and regulations for capital market or non-capital market transactions.
• Conduct documentation and submissions in accordance with OJK/IDX/KSEI rules and regulations.
• Assist in various investment banking activities in the Capital Market for both domestic and international transactions (capital raising activities).
• Assist in various investment banking Financial Advisory activities (M&A execution, pre-IPO restructuring, and other restructuring activities).

Requirement:

• Minimum S1 degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related areas of Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member, including with research and sales teams.
• Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures.
• Knowledge of OJK, IDX, and KSEI rules and regulations.
• Experience in creating financial models.
