ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Head of Operations on data and reports
• Monitor and prepare reports on operation performance
• Communicate with operation leader on progress updates
• Join various ad-hoc improvement/analysis projects
• Work collaboratively with multiple functions to support the operation department

QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED):

• Good communication and analytical skills
• Able to work with MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Growth mindset and ready-to-learn attitude
• Basic knowledge of warehousing and/or transportation services is an advantage
