You will also collaborate with vendors to ensure efficient inventory management and order tracking.

Responsibilities:

1. Optimize product listings and brand page
2. Manage inventory levels and order tracking
3. Respond to customer inquiries via Amazon
4. Manage incoming reviews
5. Provide marketing reports on ad campaigns
6. Communicate with vendors on inventory and orders

Requirements:

1. 1+ year experience as Amazon VA/CS
2. Amazon SEO knowledge (a plus)
3. Extensive e-commerce/customer service experience
4. Resourceful, proactive, and organized
5. Strong time management and multitasking skills
6. Excellent written communication skills
