Alternate Channel - Makassar

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Sales Team and partners to develop the area.
2. Manage and analyze area to improve the number of subscribers and sales efficiency.
3. Monitor Direct Sales Force (DSF)/Task Force activity.
4. Collaborate with vendors to manage manpower for DSF/Task Force.
5. Develop good working relations with the community and implement communication programs through sponsorship activities, off-air events, and marketing events.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues promptly.
7. Train new DSF/Task Force members on product knowledge and KPIs.

Team Collaboration:

1. Execute and achieve functional goals set by managers.
2. Work cooperatively with team members to accomplish delegated tasks.
3. Provide continuous input on business processes and systems improvement.
4. Ensure delegated tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, focusing on distribution and team management.
3. Experience in developing rural areas (kecamatan), new sites, and LRS.
4. Proven experience in leading and managing a DSF team.
5. Strong knowledge of Business Process Framework and Application Framework.
6. Logical thinking with excellent communication abilities (oral and written) for relationship building.
7. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint.
8. Excellent technical writing and reporting skills.
9. Good interpersonal skills, resilience, and readiness for challenges.
10. Preferably based in or willing to relocate to Makassar.
