The All Day Dining Hostess serves a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. They provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests visiting the hotel's all-day dining restaurant. They act as the first point of contact for guests, warmly welcoming them, managing reservations, and guiding them to their tables. With a keen eye for detail, the hostess ensures the smooth flow of dining operations, coordinating with the culinary and service teams to deliver impeccable service. They possess excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the hotel's dining offerings, ensuring guests receive personalized recommendations and assistance. Qualifications

  1. Education: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates with a degree or certification in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field will be preferred.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant is preferred. Experience in guest service, guest relations, or front-of-house operations is valuable.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The All Day Dining Hostess must be able to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other hotel departments.
  4. Guest Service Skills: Strong guest service skills are vital to provide personalized and exceptional service to guests. The All Day Dining Hostess should have a friendly and professional demeanor, be attentive to guests' needs, and possess the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
