AI Specialist – Machine Learning Model Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Allure Industries' proprietary machine learning model from concept to deployment.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge AI techniques into the company’s operations and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and design AI-driven solutions.
• Implement robust data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
• Ensure the scalability, accuracy, and efficiency of the developed models.
• Develop frameworks for testing, validating, and maintaining models.
• Document processes and train stakeholders on model application and integration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, algorithm development, and feature engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and optimize model performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
