Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with AI/ML expertise to develop and launch an AI-powered credit risk assessment platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data science, engineering, and business teams to create a market-ready, scalable credit scoring solution for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define product vision & roadmap for AI-driven credit risk models.
2. Work with data science teams to train, evaluate, and deploy ML models.
3. Translate AI outputs into actionable risk scores for financial institutions.
4. Ensure compliance with OJK, Bank Indonesia, and other regulatory standards.
5. Define API specs & product integrations for fintech lenders.
6. Develop go-to-market strategy for adoption by banks & lending platforms.

Qualifications

1. 4-7 years in product management, ideally in fintech, lending, or AI products.
2. Experience working with machine learning models (not as a developer, but as a PM).
3. Strong understanding of credit risk, alternative data, and risk modeling.
4. Familiarity with API-driven financial products & ML model deployment.
