Agency Strategy Support Analyst

Job Descriptions:

1. Process and analyze data requests from other departments (e-B, recruitment, ManuPro, Team Building, sales, operations, finance).
2. Ensure data accuracy and consistency before submission.
3. Provide insights and trends based on data analysis.
4. Draft structured campaign memos, creating flyers, incorporating data insights and expected outcomes.
5. Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.
6. Track approval status and follow up with stakeholders.
7. Create slides with clear data visualizations that are needed by senior management.
8. Summarize findings from market trends, competitor analysis, and campaign performance.
9. Ensure presentations align with objectives strategy.
10. Compile, maintain and provide reports.
11. Identify trends and anomalies that require further analysis.
12. Create GA Business case.
13. Identify and conduct analysis for the GA Business Case.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
2. Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related field.
3. Strong analytic skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
4. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
5. Proficiency in data analysis tools e.g. Excel, SQL, Python, etc.
