Provide customers with proper product specification, training on operation, technical consultation.
Provide regular after-sales service, maintenance.
Assist customers in solving technical problems (including onsite support).
Collaborate with cross teams for customer visits and marketing activities.
Inquire and provide quotations about the services and spare parts.
Cooperate and respond/feedback to relevant technical issues with the Taiwan Headquarters.
Cooperate with the business and engineering departments in on-site work, including assisting foreign technicians in equipment installation and testing on site.
Requirements
At least a Diploma major in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Understanding Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC software is preferred.
Proficient in both verbal and written English; able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
Willing to go on business trips.
Have a car driving license (SIM A) and be able to drive.
