After-sales Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Front Desk to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Do:

• Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and professional first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
• Assist customers with check-ins and check-outs for service appointments.
• Provide information about after-sales services, warranties, and service packages.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing paperwork.
• Assist with cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service or administration is a plus.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g., CRM, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
